Welcome to KHS-Hosting.com. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Description of Services

KHS Hosting provides game server hosting, VPS hosting, web/app hosting, and control panel access to manage your services and deployments.

3. User Accounts

• You must register with accurate and valid information, including a working email address.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.

• You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account, whether by you or by individuals to whom you have granted access.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All services are prepaid based on your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).

• Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of initial service activation.

• No refunds will be granted:

  • If the service was used beyond 24 hours.

  • If the account or service was suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

  • If any malicious or abusive behavior is detected.

• Any chargeback attempts outside these conditions will be treated as fraudulent and may result in account blacklisting.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host illegal content, malware, spyware, phishing pages, or SPAM.

• Launch, coordinate, or support DDoS attacks or other forms of cyberattacks.

• Perform any action that interferes with our infrastructure or with other clients’ services.

• Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

• Share root/SFTP access with third parties for unauthorized or harmful use.

• Attempt to escalate privileges, bypass controls, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
  Violation of this section will result in immediate service termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account or service without prior notice if:

• You violate any section of these Terms.

• Your use poses a threat to the stability, security, or integrity of our systems or other clients.

• You are involved in any malicious activity or network abuse.
  Terminated accounts lose all access and data. No refunds will be issued.

7. Abuse and Legal Liability

If your service is used to perform or support cyberattacks (e.g., DDoS, unauthorized access, root abuse, or system damage), you will be held fully responsible. This includes:

• Compensation for infrastructure damage

• Responsibility for client impact and financial losses

• Legal action in accordance with local and international cybercrime laws
  KHS Hosting will cooperate with law enforcement and cybersecurity entities if necessary.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process your personal data solely for account creation, billing, and service delivery. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted publicly on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for maximum uptime and performance, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. KHS Hosting is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or indirect damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any legal disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
